A significant milestone was marked on 10 October 2025 (Friday) with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Redland USJ Summit Properties Sdn. Bhd. and S&M Shopping Arcade Sdn. Bhd. The ceremony took place at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, signifying the official partnership for the creation of Sinma Redland Mall — an exciting new retail and lifestyle destination at the Redland Building, Yayasan Selangor, Bukit Bintang.
Set in the pulse of Kuala Lumpur’s most iconic shopping district, Sinma Redland Mall aims to revitalize the Redland – Yayasan Selangor Building, transforming it into a modern, vibrant hub where retail, lifestyle, and culture meet. From fashion and dining to lifestyle experiences, the mall is envisioned as a place where every visit feels fresh, inspiring, and full of discovery.
